How it works

• Email support@everhealthcorp.us within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
• We’ll confirm your refund and, where relevant, share a prepaid return label.
• Once processed, your refund is issued to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What’s covered

The full product price is refundable. Original shipping charges (where they applied) are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing support. Any order already shipped is covered by the same 60-day guarantee.
